- “In stock” orders placed on a business day before 2pm CST will be shipped same day. After 2pm will result in next business day shipping.
- “In stock” orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays will be processed the next business day and shipped within 1-2 business days.
- Glass orders placed will take additional time to be packaged and shipped.
- Any errors must be reported within 3 days of receipt of product
Delivery time vary depending on location. All orders require a correct and complete shipping address. In the event that packages are returned to us due to insufficient address, you will be contacted for clarification of the shipping address and the order will be subject to additional shipping charges.
When filling out your address information, please be as complete as possible. DO NOT use abbreviations. If you have any concerns about your address please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or call 1-866-948-3849 as soon as you can so that we can make sure that it is corrected by the time the package is ready to be shipped.

We do not pay for return shipping unless it is a mistake on our part.
Refunds or exchanges will not be granted for errors due to buyer’s negligence.
